Choose Individual Scan Sounds For Your Users

We’ve updated the scan sounds within Current RMS to give our users the option to select from a range of different effects

There are 4 new sounds to choose from, which users can select from a new drop down menu in the detail view. Alternatively, users can also mute the sounds altogether from the drop down.

When selected, the sound will play when kit is successfully or unsuccessfully scanned. This will make it a lot easier to distinguish your own actions when lots of users are working at the same time, and in close proximity. Users can choose different sounds for both their failed and successful scans, so you’ll be able to recognise exactly whose scans are whose and what they mean.
