What are the first steps in setting up Current?
We advise watching our Product Overview video that pops up once you’ve signed up, as well as booking in an online demo of Current to run through any questions you may have. After that, take a read through the guides in Getting Started to find out the next steps.
How do I import my data?
Current has a very easy import and export CSV data process where you can bulk upload vital data like your contacts and products, you will be notified by email once the upload is completed.
How easy is it to quickly create quotes within Current?
You can very quickly create a quote from any device and location with Current RMS and instantly get this sent out to your customer as a link in an email, PDF document or via our handy online quote approval feature - enabling you to work faster and improve your service levels.
What are Custom Fields?
Custom Fields are a powerful feature of Current that allow you to create your own fields, drop down boxes and multi select lists, and assign them to any module of Current, whether it's an organization, Product or even an Invoice.
Can I use Current when I am out of the office?
Current is built entirely in the cloud so you can work on quotes and orders whilst on the move, simultaneously with other members of staff, wherever your location. As long as you’ve got an Internet connection.
What devices and operating systems can I use Current on?
Current can be used on any operating system such as Mac, Windows, Linux with an up to date browser. We recommend Google Chrome, however if you are using Internet Explorer it must be IE11 or higher. Current can also be used on any smartphones and tablets including iPhone and Android.
Can I use barcodes with Current?
Yes you can! Current allows you to create barcodes that you can print and stick to your items so you can quickly book out and check in your gear. We can also help you create customizable barcode labels, just like we can customize any other document layout within Current.
What Integrations do you offer?
We offer seamless integrations with Xero and QB Online, two popular cloud accounting solutions, streamlining the rental cycle that one step further. Stay tuned for the next upcoming integrations we have in the pipeline.
