Mark a Period of Unavailability for Multiple Participants

Incorporate team meetings and training into your Resource Planner.

As well as booking out labor for jobs, you can now make them unavailable for a period of time for things like team meetings and training sessions, to avoid double booking for internal labor.

This can be done for multiple participants within your Current system, as long as they have been set up as bookable resources. This also works in the same way for vehicles, marking activities against these as ‘busy’, to avoid overbooking transport for jobs.
