Current RMS Refund Policy
We understand that it’s important to try something out before committing to it. You wouldn’t be expected to buy a car without taking it out for a spin, so why should a rental management software be any different?
We provide a free 30-day trial of Current RMS with no limitations, allowing you to “test drive” the system and explore the full capabilities of it. For this reason, plus the multiple commitment levels offered, we’re unable to provide refunds for subscriptions.
This applies to situations such as the following:
you have forgotten to cancel before renewal
you started a subscription by mistake
you have changed your mind about your subscription
you do not have sufficient expertise to use the subscription
you thought someone in your organization had canceled the subscription
you can no longer access the subscription due to your own reasons
you did not use your subscription
Canceling your subscription
As much as we hate to see anyone leave, we’ve made it super easy to cancel your Current RMS account, therefore, the responsibility to do so lies with you. An email or phone request is not considered a cancelation unless you have written confirmation from us that it has been closed.
To cancel your account at any time, head to System Setup > Close My Account, where you can provide a reason and confirm your action.
If you cancel the service before the end of your payment cycle, your cancelation will take effect immediately and you won’t be charged again.
Storing your data
If you change your mind and decide you want to come back on board with Current, that’s no problem at all, we’ll always welcome you back with open arms!
Your data is stored for 6 months after cancelation, and after that period it will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you would prefer us to delete your data earlier than 6 months, simply let us know and we’ll action this for you. If you plan on coming back on board at a later date and want us to keep your data for longer than 6 months, we’ll be happy to! Simply confirm that to us in writing and we’ll take good care of it until you’re ready to re-join the family.
Current RMS has two levels of subscription; yearly and monthly. The monthly option is perfect if you want little commitment other than the month ahead, and want to add and delete users on a seasonal or short-term basis. By choosing this subscription you have the option to cancel with us at any time, giving you more flexibility.
The annual subscription means you prepay for the year ahead. This commitment gives you a reduced rate of 12 months for the price of 10 - quite a saving, and also the reason we can’t refund our plans.
The price of a subscription helps pay for the premium service we provide, as well as the continuous development of our software and regular monitoring of each system. For less than $2 a day, you can run your entire rental business from wherever you are, confident that your data is secure. That’s less than a Starbucks coffee a day!
