We’ve made some further security upgrades to Current RMS!

We've re-designed the attachments process to keep your Current RMS system secure. Any time you now access your Current RMS attachments, a unique access link will be generated.

As part of this system re-design, we have added an expiry date to all documents generated and sent through online approval within Current RMS. As a requested feature, this has added benefits of ensuring that documents do not remain accessible indefinitely. If an approval link does expire, this process can be restarted from within Current RMS and will allow a new document link to be provided.

It remains your responsibility to use this functionality in compliance with your legal obligations, including under data protection laws.
