T he show provides an ideal platform for small – medium sized manufacturers, rental businesses and suppliers to the AV, Production and Lighting sector to showcase new and exciting technology, network and ultimately create new working relationships.
We had the pleasure of meeting quite a few of our Northern based UK customers, as well as plenty of new businesses stopping by for a chat and demo of Current. New features such as the Online Quote Approval and Xero Integration, as well as demonstrating how simple and flexible it is to create, edit and add jobs within the system whilst on the go, were main areas of interest.
As always, we received brilliant feedback from our customers, whilst also giving us the opportunity to hear about the most recent or upcoming jobs being worked on and how Current is helping manage these.
One project we are working on right now is the Liverpool Tattoo Convention. BGLX provide 18 crew for the build of the convention, Lighting and AV for two main stages and PA for a little acoustic stage plus PAT the 350 four ways that each artist gets! Four days of chaos but Current helps delegate the tasks and makes sure that we aren’t short on fit or people and everything gets delivered on time and to the best possible standard.

Just like the 2014 shows, we ran our show only competition for 1 years free access to Current RMS for your business. Congratulations to our PLASA Leeds 2015 winner, Blue Lizzard AV based in Scotland – we look forward to working with you all.
