T he core focus of Event Tech Live was to allow event professionals the opportunity to demonstrate innovative new products in the market, helping deliver fantastic events, whether that be a festival, exhibition, or corporate hospitality. It was also a great opportunity to network in a spacious, open venue, helping visitors and exhibitors freely explore the different stands, taking a look at the range of event solutions on offer today.
Throughout the duration of the day, the show hosted a number of speakers, discussing different aspects of event technology, whether that be social media importance within an event, how to deliver personalised experiences in events or ways to further engage at events.
The show also hosted Live Tech Demos from exhibitors at the show, an ideal platform to get up and show an audience just exactly what the product can do. Our very own CEO, Chris Branson went up on stage to demonstrate Current RMS to those event rental businesses attending the show, interested in learning more about rental management software and the benefits of operating in the cloud. All Tech Demos were recorded and will be up on the Event Tech Live site soon but for now, take a look at speaker interviews from the show and a few snaps captured throughout the day.
As well as the support ETL provides to new event technology, the team also hosted Event Tech Awards 2014 that evening at The Troxy, honouring those events and suppliers that are innovating new products, continuing to push back the boundaries of event technology. Congratulations to all nominees and winners of the night, for a full list, visit the Event Tech Awards site.
See below for a few of our own snaps from ETL and ETA 2014.
