W e were in the Party and Event side of The Rental Show and spent the 3 days providing demonstrations to keen event rental businesses, interested in cloud rental software and key features within Current. The Product Availability and Job Planner screens were popular areas of interest, showing visitors how they can drill down into these screens, to see exactly what products are available, what products are on what jobs and highlighting any shortages, enabling you to resolve any potential clashes on a daily, weekly or monthly view.
Visitors were also very keen to learn more about cloud rental software, what with always being on the move, working on different jobs, across different locations simultaneously. We also saw visitors to our stand actually demonstrating the product to their colleagues, after a quick demo from ourselves, easily navigating their way around Current which was fantastic to see.
One great thing about The Rental Show ( and believe us, there’s many) is how many visitors from all over the USA and Canada it attracts. A brilliant networking hub and understanding of just how many innovative event and party rental products there are out there, helping create a unique experience for their customers. We were thrilled to meet a few of our customers from the USA and we were also thrilled to see returning visitors come back to our stand on the second day to say hello, after signing up that evening.
We ran our special show only competition again, 1 years free access to Current RMS for your business. Plenty of visitors dropped their business cards in the competition bowl so we’ll be drawing the lucky winner over the next few days. This will be announced on here and our social media sites so stay tuned! Being held in New Orleans, meant we made the most out of the free time before and after the show, making sure we soaked in the renowned Bourbon Street atmosphere, tucking into traditional dishes such as Jambalya, and visiting the famous Cafe Du Monde for a beignets (or three!)
