Online Document Approval
Send your key rental documents out online to your clients!
Just enable online approval to set up your key rental documents with buttons to accept or decline, and comment. You can even capture digital signatures at this stage, keeping everything paperless and in the cloud. Their responses feed back straight into your system, so everything is kept in one place.
Want your communications from Current RMS to reflect your company branding?
Easy - just give Discussion Templates a whirl. With Discussion Templates, you can edit the default styles of all Discussions sent from Current RMS. Add your company logo, change your font styling, insert hyperlinks and much more.
Merge Additional Documents to PDF
Current RMS lets you merge additional PDF’s at the end of your quotations, rental agreements, and generated invoices! Whether you want to attach your terms & conditions to your rental agreement, or a portfolio of previous work to a quotation, you can send your customer one contiguous document. Head to System Setup > Document Layouts and edit a document to get started.
