Another successful year at The Showman's Show.

The sun shone for us at this year's Showman's Show and with over 5,000 event professionals flocking to Newbury Showground to either exhibit their products or see what other's were exhibiting, the event was certainly a success..
From tents and marquees, to generators and toilets, the Showman’s Show hosted exhibitors from all areas of the events industry - we even found some camels!
This was Current RMS’ third year in a row exhibiting at the show, and this has had to be the best one yet. We were busy throughout both days of the show, giving lots of demos and chatting with almost 100 new prospects and lots of existing customers, which is always a pleasure! We were excited to demonstrate lots of new features since last year’s show, including Part-invoicing, Costing and our API, to name just a few.
We also gave visitors a sneak peek of upcoming features, that will be going live in the system very soon - so keep your eyes peeled!
Not only were we busy on the Stand, but Catrin was busy out and about throughout the showground with the Current RMS selfie frame and filming video testimonials with some of our lovely customers who were exhibiting - a big shout out to Wolf Lighting, iMAG, Fonix, Anchor Bloc and Flying Hire.
We love catching up with our customers at exciting events like the Showman’s Show as it gives us the chance to see what they are exhibiting. Flying Hire were demonstrating their multi-sync sets, both three phase and single phase and Fonix were demonstrating their impressive LED screens, which are used all over the world for sporting events, exhibitions, festivals and much more.

For the first time in the show’s 30 year history, a dedicated stream of panel discussions and workshops, in an informal ‘campfire’ style setting, was introduced at this year’s Showman’s Show, known as Campfire Sessions.
We are keen to ensure that the sessions are in-keeping with the rest of the Show whilst delivering something a little different to the event industry.

During these sessions, panelists discussed industry topics such as Health & Safety and CDM at festivals and outdoor events and Smart Power for Outdoor Events, with a chance for the audience to interact and ask questions to the panel.
Big Chief Tipis supplied the structure and benches for the sessions and NCR Communications delivered the AV requirements.
A big Thank You to all that stopped by our stand to say hello - both new and old faces. And a huge thank you to our lovely customers who participated in our video testimonials - you were all fantastic and we love having such forward-thinking companies on board.
