Customer Champion

Salary: up to £20k plus shift allowances.

Basis & shifts: Full time, 37.5 hours with continental shift pattern.

Location: Nottingham

Role and specification overview:

Current RMS is a product within the Kerridge Commercial Systems group and has global recognition as one of the market leaders in cloud subscription, rental management software. We currently service over 5500 users across the Globe with excellent levels of service that are driven by quality over quantity.

The Customer Success team is a tight unit that is approachable and trustworthy. The way they communicate together, share knowledge, and continually work on their development makes it a part of something much more than you would find in your typical customer service role.

The ideal person:

  • Has used Current to carry out their work in a past role.
  • ‘Gets’ the role and is able to hold a conversational tone of voice, through positive or challenging interactions while getting the best results.
  • Wants the role: Someone who genuinely has the fire to see our customers succeed as well as themselves, the business, and their peers.
  • Is capable of understanding the complexities of modern web-based software to a degree where they can explain it to others.
  • Approaches their work and their relationships with their colleagues with maturity, patience, and professionalism.
  • Has experience in any of the following industries: Live events, broadcast, production, or weddings and parties.

Key responsibilities:

  • Learn (and continually update your knowledge on) the Current RMS product and other cloud subscription products within the Group as and if required.
  • Provide excellent support to our customers through online conversations, using our Intercom messenger, or over the phone if needed.
  • Help new trial users get started and on board with the product, helping them import data and set up their systems correctly.
  • Once ready, demonstrate the product to prospective customers.
  • Seek feedback from trials and customers on the product, to pass it on to Product and Development.
  • Take part in ad-hoc projects as required to help improve the business’ performance and the product.
